Brian accredits his father James Giordano, a lifetime PGA member, for his love of golf. After business school at UNC Charlotte and amateur golf, Brian decided to pursue PGA membership and turned professional in 2005. Brian honed his craft assisting two nationally recognized professionals. The legendary Bobby Heins and Chris Toulson, the former director of instruction for The Jim Mclean Golf School at Doral. He also spent 12 winters working at top clubs in South Florida and playing mini-tour events. His playing highlights include competing in every major area open and professional event, many top 10 finishes on the Met PGA Assistants Tour, a runner-up finish in the Hampshire Open and quarter-finalist in the PGA Winter Match Play Championship. In 2014 & 2015 Brian was elected to the Met PGA Gene Borek Squire Cup team (for leadership and professional performance). He has also been nationally recognized by U.S. Kids Golf as a top instructor and advocate for growing the game. Brian is an excellent coach who’s instruction technique revolves around simplicity. He has a consistent track record of helping students of all ages and abilities reach their goals. He enjoys using teaching technologies when appropriate and is also an excellent club fitter. Brian was married in 2015 to his lovely wife Gillian who is a native of Dublin, Ireland. He and his family live in Norwalk, Connecticut. Brian is proud to be only one of five Head Professionals at the Hills in over 100 years. Continuing the traditions of the club and leading his staff to provide an extraordinary golf experience is his primary duty as the Head Golf Professional of Westchester Hills.
